The Legendary Leaders Podcast

Nov 29, 2022

How open are you to having hard and transparent conversations with your Employees and Clients?
To run a business intentionally and develop trust between you and your Employees or Clients, you must normalize having hard and uncomfortable conversations.

In this Episode of the Legendary Leaders Podcast, we have Dalton Allen, Founder and Managing Partner at Third Eye Capital. At 27 years of age, Dalton became the CFO of a successful $100m per year company, a level of success at a young age that many people work decades to achieve. At Third Eye Capital, he works with heart-centered Business Leaders that have business intentions and purpose.

Listen in to learn why it’s important not to avoid conflict and instead have those uncomfortable conversations to solve the real problem. You will also learn the importance of prioritizing your physical and mental well-being to perform at your best as a Leader or as a Business owner.

Bio: At the age of 27 Dalton became the CFO of a Pre-IPO, $100m per year DTC Company.

In 2022 he quit that job to join the great resignation and start his own business. Out of that came his VC and Fractional CFO Firm, Third Eye Capital. While most of his clients have capital and are well on their way to transactions, he is most inspired by the small Entrepreneur. Starting a business is difficult, and the barrier to entry is high. What do I think about being a business person? Do I need an LLC? What issues will I confront?
