Bio: For over two decades, Matt has facilitated and
trained Leaders, Teams, and Boards of Directors in dozens of
countries, across six continents.
He has served in various C-suite roles in Private Equity, banking,
and Commercial uniform industries. Matt has also launched and
operated several businesses in the Midwestern petroleum
industry.
He also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Huntington University, as a Board Member and Advisor for Chapman’s Brewing Company, and as a Member of the Christian Economic Forum.
Matt lives with a rare immunodeficiency, where his body does not produce any immunoglobulins (considered the “rarest of rare” because none of the core five immunoglobulins are produced).
Matt holds two BS degrees in Business from Indiana University, and an MBA from Taylor University.
