Stephannie Weikert is a Certified Yoga Therapist and the creator of Make Peace with Stress and Reset + Restore. She has been focusing on helping individuals and organizations to combat stress in a yogic way. Stephannie has had her own stress issues where she battled with stress-related anxiety and depression for 10 years and used to pulling her eyebrows and eyelashes out.
She later came to a recognition that her life needed to change and took the three-step process of self-study, surrender, and intention setting which completely turned around her life.
